With regard to Lilly

Lilly was rescued from neglect in 2006 and was a candidate for euthanasia

Ron,

YOU are AMAZING!!  The pictures are great - I am extremely impressed.  You need to make a video - I hope you know how special you are!!  I've been a "Ron fan" from the first day I saw you interact with Evita - You have a gift, and we're very fortunate that you share it!

Thanks for being you - Lilly looks wonderful - she's at the right place!!!

Sincerely,

Karen Wright

My favorite part is the picture of Lilly with her head down and a saddle pad on her head.  Having put a halter on her several times I appreciate the transformation. with everyone involved.  I also love the trailering shot of her peeking in.  I've always appreciated all the work you've done with the horses, but Lilly is extra special.

Michelle Henry

thanks for your work with lilly...she is so lucky to have been rescued and to have met you....otherwise, there would be no shot for her in life...you are a good man Ron, and so great with these horses....much love and big thanks...I am sure Lilly thanks you every day!!!

With regard to Elvis

Elvis was brought to Inspiration Farm to be schooled to saddle in 2007

Ron:  Thought you might enjoy this.  Mike totally like the Sunday lesson.  Cannot express to you how happy I am how this has unfolded.   I know it is not easy for a man approaching XX to start learning how to ride.  I figured plopping Mike on  a horse would be good enough….  It worked before.

He really looks forward to the lessons.  His butt is sore though!   and Elvis is awesome, Just wanted you to know this is all good.
Thanks!

With regard to Katie

Katie was recommended to Inspiration Farm by another trainer in 2007. Katie had issues with her ground manners that had expanded into her saddle work where she would drop her shoulder and attempt to buck her rider's off. Owners Lisa and her ten year old daughter Emma became very timid of Katie.

Hey Ron,

Just wanted to say thanks for a terrific session w/ Emma and Katie today (KatieEm? EmmaKay? J). I really appreciate the “little steps” approach you took w/ Em’s timidity. She came out of it feeling like she’d really accomplished something and made strides w/ Katie; seems you not only read horses well, but people too! Perhaps we really can rebuild our relationship w/ Kate, one step at a time, from the ground up...

See you Tues.

Best,

Lisa

I can't believe the difference in Katie, she is a different horse as when I saw her last.  She is much more people friendly, she is cooperative and has not lost her personality. She has had an attitude since she was a foal that was almost a dislike of people, that is all gone, she is a sweetheart

With regard to Freedom

Freedom was brought to Inspiration Farm to be schooled under saddle

Ron I can't tell you how thrilled I am with Freedom. I know that you said he was talented but it amazes me that he looks this good and I was so shocked when I realized that he was in the bitless. The really nice thing though is that he is equally as good on the trail. Thanks so much for doing such a great job with my boy.

With regard to Evita

Evita was adopted by Michelle from E.P.O.N.A. and came to Inspiration Farm periodically to continue her schooling

Dear Ron,

With 20 years of experience in the horse world, I am very selective regarding instruction and training, and only seek out sources of information I know will enhance my abilities. You continually add "tools to my toolbox" that are necessary to build a good relationship with any horse. You have an exceptional way of explaining your thoughts so that your students, human or equine, can understand and learn. This quality makes you that much greater a teacher and trainer. While working on a specific issue, I will find that I've improved in other areas, as the entire learning environment reflects superb horsemanship. I've had the opportunity to observe you working with a variety of human and horse personalities. You have the rare and priceless gift to be able to communicate with horses and people of all levels."

With regard to Dillon

Dillon and Ashleigh were recommended to Inspiration Farm by another trainer looking to improve upon a young riders skills and bring she and her horse to the next level

Dillon and I had a blast and learned so much that we are very excited for another amazing learning experience at Inspiration Farm and plan on returning as soon as possible.

Sunday-Indoor day! We got everything ready and I walked him down there and.... he walked right onto trailer ! No hesitation, just like a pro! And he did the same thing at the indoor to come home. It was like he has never had a problem loading before!

I've also noticed a difference in him on the ground. He is more respectful and listens better.

Thank you again for your help!

Sincerely,

Ashleigh Mix & Dillon

With regard to Jazz

Jazz was a referral and a rescue of E.P.O.N.A. Jazz was a candidate for euthanasia because of her severe  behavioral issues. Jazz is now in the process of being adopted from E.P.O.N.A.

Ron I am still in tears thinking of Jazz today at the beach. I cannot tell you how I felt to see her trust and interact with you at the beach. To think that this was her first time to the beach. She was like a pro. I got goose bumps just thinking that not to long ago there were those that wanted to euthanize her.  Thanks so much

Janie M

It is hard for me to think that I was one of those advocating that Jazz be euthanized. I could never have believed that Jazz could be the horse that she has become. Ron your work with horses is incredible. Thank you

With regard to Figment

" I adopted my horse as a 4 month old filly and by the age of 2 1/2 she had learned how to intimidate and control me and I had become terrified of her. We had a lot of respect issues to work through and honestly, if I had not sent her to Ron when I did I am not sure we would still be together.  Another trainer told me that I should get rid of her, that she would seriously hurt me. As much as I loved her my fear was real and not healthy for either one of us.
Through Ron's training of Figment, his training of me, and his training of us as a team we have achieved goals I only dreamed of.  I am now loading her on the trailer by myself and taking her to Inspiration Farm 2 times every week for lessons, I ride her regularly, I have no fear of her at all, we have mutual respect and love for each other. One of my greatest achievements is that we now ride on the beach.  We have even cantered on the beach !!!  I attribute every step we have taken and every goal we have met to Ron and his indescribable training methods.  He has more patience then anyone I have ever studied under.  He is warm, compassionate, encouraging, positive, highly knowledgeable and probably one of the greatest people I have ever met.  I consider myself fortunate to have found Ron and Inspiration Farm.  He has helped to create a bond between myself and Figment that is strong, loving and filled with respect for each other.  In addition, through Ron's training program I have gained confidence in other aspects of my life and feel that I can now achieve other goals when I set my mind to them.  I am so thankful to have found Ron and Inspiration Farm and to have him as a part of my life.  I am very confident that Ron can help you with you and your horse regardless of how hopeless that you may feel.

"I am thrilled with how far Figure and I have come since last November...almost a year, Ron...when I officially adopted that incredible creature. And look where we are now? I used to be afraid to walk with him he was so hyper, I had to have your staff help me bring him in from the field, walk him back to his stall, and for the longest time, bring him into his stall. His energy scared the heck out of me. Now, I walk with him, I am in a relationship with him, I feel we are so connected in such a deep and meaningful way. Actually, I think he (and you) rescued me...not the other way around. Without you Ron, Figure and I would never be so close, he would not be so confident and relaxed in his own skin, and I would still be standing on the sidelines. Tell me you did not pick this horse for me for a reason?? It was your intuition that knew, knew far below the brain sense, and on a much deeper level, that he and I needed each other to heal. And heal we are doing....I have never been so happy in my life. Never...that is a fact...
